  Booked in July for 1st August, 3600sq ft house booked for 10 as Nellie said they would with us latest 12.00. At 11.30 they call, still in Daytona Beach at least 3 hours away, we had to be into our new home by 5pm otherwise no elevator & you can't get through the guards. At 12.45 supervised calls saying g he will be there but in about 3 hrs. We were moving 45 mins north. I had NO choice but to call round other companies for help. I succeeded and rang Bigboys, who were NOT understanding & said they would charge us the minimum fee.
  
  I would NEVER recommend or use this comany ever again.
